Busy Bee Catering is all about weddings. We keep busy year round creating wonderful menus of all of the freshest foods highlighting whatever ingredients are in season. One of our specialties is outside entertaining. We know the ropes when it comes to putting on a party in some of the most unusual settings. We like to think outside the walls and love a backyard, forest or meadow setting for a reception that just screams Oregon! It is hard to imagine a more beautiful backdrop then the one Mother Nature has to offer us. Busy Bee is here to help you along the way. We can suggest vendors we love, share some trade secrets and with our years of experience offer some down to earth advise about what really matters. We are there to make this most important day a wonderful memory for you and your guests.

We also have stuff! Lots of great, funky props for you to rent. We love local ingredients, local flowers, local crafters and bakers. We are always happy to create menus to accommodate dietary issues, the use of all organic ingredients or any other special requests you might have.

CRAFT SERVICE & CATERED MEALS
Our craft service table will make your crew’s dreams come true. We take your wishes and create a combination of healthy and homemade snacks sure to please everyone. Meals are built around your favorite foods to include plenty of fresh veggies and salads and of course a homemade dessert. Prices are based on crew size, location and hours.

DELIVERY AND SETUP
We deliver to your venue, residence, office, business, park, cabin, mountain top, lake, forest or just about any other place you can imagine. We bring it, set it up with a beautiful presentation and you return our equipment. Delivery fee is determined by location.
