George Wilson is a long-time cycling enthusiast. As the owner of Mt. Hood Bicycle, his focus is to offer services to performance riders, recreational riders and families. After attending the United Bicycle Institute (Portland, Oregon), he obtained certifications as an advanced bicycle mechanic and suspension technician.

As a result, cyclists can enjoy a more pleasurable, maintenance free riding experience.
Understanding the importance of bicycle safety, George Wilson continues as a proactive member of his community. He was a previous Chairman for the Villages at Mt. Hood Board of Directors, amember of a Public Advisory Committee for the Clackamas County Active Transportation Plan, working specifically to develop and improve bicycle and pedestrian access throughout the Villages of Mt. Hood and Clackamas County.
George Wilson is also the organizer of the Mt. Hood Bicycle-Pedestrian Coalition, working to provide a better riding environment for cyclists of all disciplines by embracing the cycling tourism concept for our mountain communities.
